Passable

Never again will I stay

Liked: Nothing. Hotel had bed bugs
Disliked: My wife was bitten several times and the staff didn't care

Excellent

Liked: This was our 3rd time staying here. The staff is very nice and the rooms are always soClean. I always have to get 2 double rooms every time that we stay and they ALWAYS try to accommodate us with the rooms next to each other and I just love this place.
Disliked: No comment. I have nothing negative to say.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. Play activities open until 11pm. Fun for young children

Okay but ehh

Liked: I loved that there was a game room and pool
Disliked: Half the room was dirty and filthyBath tub would not drainFridge didn't work

Everything was great except for...

Liked: The atrium where the pool and hot tub were was amazeing has a put put golf, game room, and kids play area this would be a great family getaway. The complimentary breakfast was very good too. Staff was always nice.
Disliked: The bed totally was not good at all harder than a rock we hardly slept. Kept waking up in pain. Killed my back, I would suggest they replace the beds! Especially in room 318 where we stayed. I had to put the pillows under my back just to get an hour of sleep.

Probably wouldn’t visit again

Liked: The pool area was nice.
Disliked: The check in process was a bit of a nightmare. Took almost an hour to get checked in and settled into the correct room. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner. We found stains on the pillows and floor. The hallway was loud up until around 3am. Worst part is having to sleep in uncomfortable wrist bands.
