Disliked: The dust it was so much dust in the room. floors not mopped. The remote was dusty the buttons where sticking.

Very dissatisfied.
Disliked: The room was filthy. There was hair on the dirty floor in the bathroom. And a dirty wash cloth and used bar of soap on the shower floor. Also, there was a cobweb on the head board.

Disappointing
Liked: Our room had stains on the sheets. They switched us rooms which was nice but we went to the next room and it was a bit smelly. No blankets but only sheets.

Passable
Liked: Staff was great, fixed my issues with other guests right away, polite when asking for late check out, an very tentative to any request i had.
Disliked: Most things were only different due to covid an social distancing but they had a lot of mechanical issues with the sana an pool room, and was bothered by a few other weird guests roaming the halls.
