Passable

Disliked: The room next to me I could hear everything going on, doors constantly slamming and making noise. A truck cam to empty the dumpster at 4am, and woke me up. The breakfast was very poor! The shower head was leaking. I've stayed there many times, but this time is wasn't good.

Liked: I like the beds and free breakfast when it was available
Disliked: The server for breakfast was really rude. She didn't allow my daughter to get food at 8:35 am. We waited 20 minutes for eggs, and when we asked, she said she was not making any. There were a lot of kids in the hallway from the workers. My kids were in the pool and were told by the workers' kids to get out a couple of times.No English at all with any of them

Liked: I liked how updated our room was. Very modern and nice.
Disliked: It was a bit unusual to be talking to a person through a screen rather than in person.

Liked: Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great.

Lovely hotel - but no...

Liked: Lovely hotel, nice rooms, all nice quality
Disliked: No staff - clearly a deliberate policy. Check in is via a TV screen with a non-USA based agent. Breakfast was dire - they'd run out of eggs, sausage and orange juice, and despite waiting over 20 minutes, and twice raising the issue with virtual assistant, nobody appeared. So no restocking at all of breakfast buffet from 0700 to 0725. Ended up going out and paying for breakfast elsewhere.

All good but the breakfast.

Liked: Clean, easy access. Nice Staff. Comfortable, Very well maintained building. Big parking lot. Easy Automated check in and out system.
Disliked: Breakfast is a mess. Water dispenser has not cold water in two days , Ice maker 1st and 3rd floor are broken(as per one employee). 2 guests had to ask for juice and milk just 8:30 am. Not clean. Juice dispenser out of order. Empty options. No yogurt... Cold boiled eggs. Not good for a $230/ one night.This all 03/24/2024

Our group enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. The remote receptionist was unusual for us. The location for accessing activities in the area was great.
Disliked: Not being able to communicate with a real person in reception since the staff was not fluent in English.
