Liked: I thought that for the price the room was a good deal. The breakfast was decent and there wasn’t a lot of noise from other rooms or outside.
Disliked: I felt that the customer service and cleanliness could have been a bit better.

Liked: breakfast was great and a lot of variety of food and drinks
Disliked: The check in staff was not friendly and very rude. Not helpful at all so I will never stay there again

Liked: Check in was quick, good information given by front desk. Elevators handy when moving luggage.
Disliked: Linens and towels seemed well used, but clean. Could use an upgrade.

Liked: It was conveniently located.
Disliked: The hotel was outdated and dirty. There was black around the vents, painters tape around most fixtures. The air dryer in the room was broken, the curtains were dirty, and the amenities were below average. We will not stay there again.
