Liked: staff what very polite and extremely helpful when somehow when I went for ICE my door jammed and I couldn't get in it was freezing out and I just got back from Florida I hadn't had time to grab any warm clothes. The went above and beyond to get me in my room
Disliked: Not being able to get in my room that night but the evening staff was great

We were traveling from out...

Liked: The location was easy to get to. We were pool side and ground floor level. The breakfast was good. The lady checking us in was very nice. Would be a good spot to bring family members to when the pool was open. The price was very reasonable.
Disliked: The room was in need of some repairs and upgrades. There was a disturbance/altercation right outside our room and it continued late until the Sheriff's Department came and stopped it. At one time It sounded like the young people were trying to get into our door, which was a few feet from their door. The argument between a young man and woman escalated. We did not dare open our door or use the Jaquez (one reason we rented this room). No one checked on us after the disturbance and it was not mentioned at check out until I inquired. Then the staff stated they were sorry and offered to give us a phone number to call and speak to management. I declined. They did not offer a discount or future discount for our inconvenience. I did inquire if these people were on a "do not let them make future reservations list" I was told yes.

Disliked: The cleaning crew coming through with their loud cart that woke us up several times

Disliked: This property has not been updated since built!! The roof was very much disturbing! Very dirty unpleasant smell mirrors looked disgusting.
