Everything fitted our needs very well.

Conveniently located but a bit long in the tooth, as the expression goes. Comfortable bed and good shower. But the room smelled musty, the flooring under the carpet was appallingly uneven and bumpy, and the staff was not especially friendly or helpful. Fee based internet in lobby didn't connect to the web and I couldn't get my money back. Annoying.

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: Not a place to spend time other than sleeping.

Liked: Stayed for the low price, compared to other options in Santa Monica
Disliked: The manager training a member of staff was extremely rude and aggressive when I checked in. The way he treated me and the staff member he was training was cringy and unacceptable. He should be the one receiving training.Blanket and walls were thin. Did not sleep well.

Liked: Location was close to the medical facility I had an appointment at.
Disliked: Fairly basic, not many amenities like body wash and shampoo and conditioner

Liked: I love the location & the staff was extremely helpful.
Disliked: They did not release my deposit upon check out with no damages or issues during my stay. I had to call approximately two weeks later to inquire so that I wouldn’t incur interest charges. The attendant lied about the date of release & I’m still currently waiting on my AMEX to be credited back.

Disliked: My son and I tried to check into this hotel to catch some historic vibes of the building in the inside. However, they tried to charge me triple for a room when I got there they tried charging me for $700 when my room for two nights was only 402. It says pay at the property and the guy did a payment of one night and then wanted me to pay more and I didn’t have the funds available at the moment because I only had the money for the two nights in a hold. I’ve never had an issue where a hotel tried to play games like this. It was really awful. They were really mean and rude inconsiderate did not care. My son had to use the restroom and they said they had no public bathrooms. it was just awful and rude. We ended up going to a better hotel with ocean viewsand spending more. there’s no reason to have a $215 hold and $100 hold a room is 209 like what is this it’s a scam do not stay with these people.

First and last time we...

Liked: The size of the room, and mini fridge was decent.
Disliked: We had a late check in, I reserved the hotel room through a third party reservation, which was fine. During my visit I immediately smelled the strong scents of the cleaning products throughout the entire hotel. I feel that you could camouflage the cleaning products with maybe some nice scented plug-ins. The location was not the best. Our windows faced the busy street we heard cars, sirens people, talking, yelling (drunkenly)in the early morning hours, assuming they were leaving the sports bar down a couple doors from the hotel. The parking garage was well lit. The bed was comfortable, unfortunately, the pillows were not full-size and we could fill the lock mechanism inside the pillow against her head and or face while laying on it. The TV did not have a clear picture, the pixels were blurred. The coffee maker in the room had two different coffee labels, but did not specify if one was decaf or regular. I wouldn’t recommend spending $211 on a room that wasn’t as cozy or comfortable what I had expected. The night prior we stayed at a hotel in Anaheim near Disneyland, two queen beds, and paid $129 a night.
