Disliked: Had to spend over 40 minutes waiting for the staff to wake up in order to check in. Hotels normally have staff available to check people in - even slightly later in the day. The room was gross and smelled like pee. Housekeeping started banging on my door 45 minutes before check out time at 1015. Then - I get a call when I was at the airport from the hotel staff threatening me with fines saying that I haven’t left the room yet. When I said that I’m already at the airport - I got: if we check the room and you’re still there - then we’ll have a talk. Never had an insane experience like this.
