Lovely place. Great breakfast selection. Very close to popular dining options.

Liked: Clean and nice location.
Disliked: Reception was told three times that the person in our room was not us. After checking the signed papers she still gave us the wrong key. Thankfully we are honest people and knew tbe people, but a little follow through would have avoided several embarrassing moments.

It was my first time staying at a Days Inn. And when we arrived the front desk lady was alone and trying to get everyone checked in. The phone was ringing and you can tell she was flustered. But she was very composed and everyone from Marilyn to Jenn were so so nice. They made sure we were happy and if we needed anything they were extremely accommodating. Our stay was beyond great. Honestly we cannot wait to stay again. There is everything from malls and restaurants 3 to 6 minutes away. We were very happy. And I hope the staff knows how great they made our stay. It was just constant smiles and refreshing energy. Thank you for making our weekend so stress free.

Liked: It was my first time at a Days Inn. The front desk lady Marilyn was amazing and the whole staff was so polite and friendly.
Disliked: Short staffed during check in.

Overall it was a good night's rest.

Disliked: We didn't get the king size bed we paid for.

Liked: Property was nice. King rooms were nice size. Some of the staff were very friendly. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: There was only one way in and out of the property. Some staff weren’t very talkative or informative. Only one elevator to go up floors. Bathroom not very big.

Liked: I liked the staff they were very nice and helpful with anything i needed help with or asked for.
Disliked: I did not like that they say breakfast included because the two weeks I was there, there was no breakfast at all I went down my first day and there was bread and juice. There was fruit everyday at least. I had to change rooms 3 times while being there although the staff were amazing with helping me get into other rooms i was very uncomfortable there. i was there as long as i was there due to personal reasons if i could of left earlier i would have.

Disliked: I had to switch rooms three times due to things in the rooms not working or having some kind of damage and had to extend my stay due to personal reasons and was not even given a deal.

Never Again

Liked: Closest to area hospital
Disliked: Front desk staff does not answer phones, our room only had one working outlet. Bathroom shower head wasn’t working. Had to go up to front desk 2 times to request maintenance, or give us another room. They would not change our rooms. $50 deposit (which is refundable) was never credited to our bank.
