Convenient, but would not recommend...

Liked: The location
Disliked: There’s a missing lightbulb in the room, there were no tissues in the bathroom, the light switch controls the refrigerator, the pool was ice cold, and the hot tub was out of order. The front desk said there was no heaters to warm them up. breakfast only includes bread, bagels, and cereal. No type of protein.

Adequate for our trip

Liked: Clean Comfortable room. Clerks were nice. Good location.
Disliked: Hot tub was down. Breakfast could have been better - they had waffles, cereal and bread items (muffins, etc)No oatmeal even. Breakfast area was unattended and they were out of plates, napkins, milk, muffins, plastic forks or knives within the first hour of service each of our 3 days. Also, very messy. Both registration parking spots were occupied by the same vehicles 24/7 and lot was slushy to walk through. TVs are small for room and picture was smaller on screen - could not adjust.

Disappointing

Liked: The 1st room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom. One of the two beds, the linen, was not changed. The sheets were wrinkled, there were black crumbs all over the bed, and found a neckless in the sheets. When we looked out the window, there was a used dirty pad outside the window, along with a diaper. One of the doors that went outside was not locked. The 2nd room had a smell to it. Was a much cleaner than the 1st. The staff was nice, they did give another room, that is why I said 2rooms. The main lobby was a nice bit that needs to be updated. There was a fight that broke out the morning we were checking out. Had to wait for a reciet.
Disliked: It wasn't clean, the bed, and one of the receptionists didn't even smile or very friendly. All the others were.
