My husband and I stayed February 10 and left the afternoon of the 11th. When we came in Michelle checked us in and was very sweet. There was another girl behind the counter who directed us around the area and where to get a bite to eat. I didn't catch her name but she was young and pretty. We were very impressed with the staff. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and well versed on the area.

Staff were very accommodating, room was comfortable, clean, and the heat had been turned on for us so the room was nice and warm when we arrived. We were very pleased! The continental breakfast had a nice variety of food.

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was good.
Disliked: 1-The first night we spent at the hotel there was a guest out of control, loud and disruptive. I had to call and complain, it was quiet for the rest of my stay.2- I'm not sure if there were bed bugs, but we have sevral bug bites. Hotel maneger should exterminate more often.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable! Beds felt soft . Amazing location for convenience, worth your money over other local hotels that charge more I’ll tell you that much !! Good parking
Disliked: Pool area had no cameras, no ventilation for that chlorine smell , but decent and appreciated. Front desk female employee on Tuesday mornings not Karin was rude asf , Karin was very short tempered but towards end of stay she appeared more reasonable and responsive in an appropriate manner. Freezer in the fridge poorly worked but everything else was fine
