Liked: The only redeeming facts are that they still had smoking rooms available and the staff was quite friendly a d efficient.
Disliked: Beds were clean, linen smelled fresh, but the room itself was run down and dirty. Air conditioner growled all night and kept shutting off, I could of stuck my fingers underneath the door, smoke alarm was broken and laying on top of a filthy looking microwave I was scared to open. Shower walls were cracked and broken.

Liked: Mattresses were good - pillowtop and firm
Disliked: The rooms were so terribly run down. Bedside lights did not work, door to bathroom and front door were punched in - bathroom door would not close, towels were yellowed from age. Toilet seat was stained beyond cleaning, Caulk in shower was black from mold. Laminate flooring was loose and bubbled up. The room looked like it was ready for demolition. It needs either a complete remodel or a tear down.

Thank you for your assistance with this reservation.Below is a record of the timeline of the issues with this booking from 3-22-24.After being assigned the room of 201, my wife and I proceeded to move our trip belongings into the room on the second floor-outside entrance door. We were assigned to the first room by the stairs to the second level.Upon gaining entry to the room, my wife and I proceeded to unpack our items. It was noticed by my wife that the hair dryer was missing from the tool holder.My wife also noticed that the microwave oven was missing the paint from inside and on the bottom of the cooking compartment. The bottom inside of the microwave was severely rusted. Bacteria easily sticks to porous rusty surfaces. We also noticed that there were not enough electrical sockets to plug in the microwave oven. We would need to unplug a different appliance and plug in the microwave to be able to cook food for the evening.Next we noticed a large gap between the bottom of the entrance door and threshold. The gap was large enough for rodents to enter the room. Our concern was if disease infected rodents had been in the room on the sleeping material, the eating cabinetry and the personal hygiene counters for health concerns.We noticed that the room a/c-heater had broken fins for the air discharge and were pushed toward the cooling/heating core.We also found one bed without a blanket.We also were disturbed by other guests repeatedly being present and conversing just outside our door and window.These deficiencies were found over some time and our initial reaction was to just accept these deficiencies and try to get some rest. Upon setting up to rest, the conversing guests outside our door and window continued. It was at this point that we were going to contact the front desk by using the room phone. The phone was not operable.
