There were so many things...

Disliked: I was originally checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Second desk clerk very apologetic and issued another room. TV remote didn't work and coffee maker leaked water. Walked to office and was told someone would come and replace remote and around 3pm a maintenance person would replace the coffee maker. New remote was brought to room-when it didn't work I was told to just use the buttons on the back of the TV. Got the TV to work on one channel. Waited until 4pm for maintenance then had to leave. When I returned I took coffee maker to office and was told to grab another at the back of the room (it did work). Half an hour later was called to the office and asked to fill out paperwork-they had lost the paperwork I filled out at check-in.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Small bathroom also the dining court the lobby person left the door open so the got food got cold quickly.upon check in I needed to use the bathroom quickly the lobby person said you're checked in use the bathroom in your room he was rude! Also my room was around the property and on the 2nd floor. Thank goodness bo accident

Liked: The young lady that checked us in was very friendly. The room was also very clean. I liked the location as well.
Disliked: No protein for breakfast.There was a middle aged man that appeared possibly to be the hotel manager or owner, who was very unfriendly both days.

Good

Liked: The rooms were clean.
Disliked: The breakfast area was poorly stocked and very dirty the first day... second wasnt as dirty still poorly stocked

Good place to sleep but...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The wifi was decent and I didn't get dropped more than once in a few hours online. Parking lot was nice size spaces and well lit. The breakfast was basic with coffee, bagels, toast and a waffle maker. The beach nearby is wonderful to walk and drive on.
Disliked: Breakfast needed help. The cereal was empty both mornings and there was no fresh fruit. They did have hard boiled eggs as protein but they brought them out the first morning when I had finished breakfast. The orange juice was very dilute the first morning and came out as plain water the second morning, so I guess they never refilled it.

It is a bad experience.

Disliked: Room should be cleaner. Given two double beds instead of king bed.

Not looking to return

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Lots of things!They were out of juice. The cereal was empty. Absolutely no protein offered for their breakfast. Bed was rock hard. My hubby went to the lobby to get a drink and snacks. Vending machine broken and no one was in the lobby. He waited 5 minutes then gave up.We booked this hotel as they allowed pets. Turns out we were given a non pet room bc the booking didn't report to the hotel that we had a dog.Hot tub had a greenish appearance. Walls were super thin

Breakfast was very limited

Good

Worthwhile stop!

Liked: Breakfast included fresh sausages and real, freshly scrambled eggs. A waffle bar kept the kids entertained. There were few options, such as fresh fruit, but what was available was substantial. Our room was clean and well appointed. Whoever renovated the bathroom gets a standing ovation. We travel a lot and this one room had all the lighting and sink placement, towels -- even the shower curtain right where it should be. Both the bath and the room were of good size, with bright, elegant tile work. Well done! Restaurant is pricey, but the food prepared is amazing!
Disliked: Both the ironing board and the blow dryer were located in a closet next to a full-size mirror. Only problem: no plug-in!! The bathroom could also have used another plug-in on both sides of the mirror. The restaurant dining area is dark and straight out of the 1970's. The hotel itself looks rather mundane from the exterior and small. It is neither.
