The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly.
Liked: The receptionist was friendly and so helpful.
Disliked: That we didn’t stay longer.

Overall it was a fantastic...
Liked: The room was very spacious.I like that the room didn't have carpeting.The staff was super friendly and helpful.The hotel was easy to get to and centrally located to our events.
Disliked: My only issue were the matresses. It might be time to consider replacing them. They're starting to get a little springy. Also, maybe having an extra blanket in the room.

Disliked: The hot water went off when needed most (in the middle of having our bath) and she struggled to bath with cold water, and we needed to go distance to microwave the food for the kids

Liked: During online booking showing different but in the real that was totally different no coffee maker , no iron , no cream , no sugar and no drinking water in the rooms Very bad experience !! And they took security deposit

They need to work in...
Disliked: Our Room underneath the walkway, so noisy you can hear people walking. Doors the the rooms slamming so hard. Housekeeping staff talking loud and we can hear everything. Ants were everywhere even in the coffee machine.

Disappointing lack of attention to...
Liked: We were excited to be in at Days Inn, for our second visit. The upon check in staff was pleasing, when asked for water he rushed to find it for us. However unavailability of water he provided us with juice packs. This is highly appreciated.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay in room number 226 at Days Inn was marred by a slippery bathtub, which posed a safety hazard. My son slipped twice in the bath tub and we found no non slip mats inside the room. We used bath towels to stop the incident from happening to the rest of the family. Despite raising this concern with the front desk while checking out, the reply was unsatisfactory, the front office lady told not to be shy to ask for non slip mat. She suggested we request for additional safety equipment. But why are we waiting to ask after a slip occur. Why are things not placed before hand? Our suggestion to the management to look into faulty bath tubs. I will give a heads-up to my family and friends about the slip to prevent any personal damage.
