My stay at this hotel...

Disliked: I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this particular hotel. I had previously stayed at another Days Inn in West Virginia and had a wonderful experience. However, this time was different. Firstly, I specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was advertised as included/free, but it turned out to be a complete lie and scam. The property claimed they had stopped serving breakfast due to COVID, which I understand, but why mislead customers on the website? Secondly, I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but upon arrival, the beds appeared much smaller than standard queen size. Thirdly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dust on the countertops that I had to clean myself before using. Lastly, there was an unpleasant and unusual smell throughout the hotel. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I would only recommend it as a last resort in an emergency situation where you desperately need a place to stay. I demand a refund.
