Pleasant

Liked: Family rooms with three queen beds is what we look for when we travel with kids now. This property had the type of room we needed and good location for where we needed.
Disliked: the room was pretty dirty upon arrival. The tub was full of water and only drained if you manually held the stopper down.

Liked: Best price for incredibly overpriced Moab
Disliked: Hotel was heavily used. People were changing their oil in the parking lot, the pool advertised was empty and old/small. Staff were very friendly.

Not what I was expecting

Liked: It had trailer parking on site. The cleaning guy was super cool.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast wasn't always available, one morning there was no hot water and it took forever to find someone to tell them, anytime someone flushed the toilet the water turned scalding hot, the pool had no water and there were light bulbs out in the room.
