Disappointment

Disliked: The property has old furniture. There was dirty laundry and bags of trash in the hall outside our room. There weren’t any bedspreads, just a blanket and sheet, which had stains on. The TV didn’t work. When we checked in at 4.30, that day’s breakfast offerings were still on the counter, which was concerning for the next morning’s breakfast. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The room I got was spacious and it was away from the road, so I didn't have to worry about any noise. The staff was very friendly and were able to answer any questions that I had. Also, the breakfast that they had was good to grab something to go.
Disliked: The room I was put in, I had did you go downstairs and into a section of the building to get to my room. Originally, the room I was first given was already occupied. I had to go back to the front desk to get another room, which was the room I had to go downstairs for.

Disliked: everything else. It smelled. the coffee pot was disgusting with dusty old water in it, the flip lock was broken. the handicapped bar in the shower was swinging freely at the bottom. I could not get the tv to work. the breakfast was awful. there was a hole in the wall where the door knob hit it too many times. The ac unit was positioned so it was blowing on the clothes rack.
