Disliked: Non smoking rooms smelled of smoke. No place to put clothes, i.e. dresser or closet. Wasn't informed that the breakfast that was included was only from 6-9 am.

Disliked: Room was dirty and woke up to a roach in the bathroom.

We went to a concert at Jiffy Lube Live and this hotel was very convenient to the venue. The lobby and our non-smoking room all smelled like smoke. The "fire door", which had a sign that said it must remain closed at all times, would not close, and the beds were not comfortable at all. There were a lot of places to eat and other stores in the general area and it was convenient to Route 66.

Liked: Location and price.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was great and Address issues that came out quickly. And what kindness. For the most part the hotel was clean. In our second room, the shower handle came off.But the staff handled it quickly and unfortunately.
Disliked: Our first one smells spelled and had dirty sheets. The window was broken. And the beds were uncomfortable. Our second room the shower handle came off.
