Liked: The rooms were nice. Only thing I liked.
Disliked: I booked this room for one night so my daughter could go swimming for her birthday. Checked the hotels website and lists the pool as open. I get there and there isn't even water in the pool. I told the front desk I wanted to leave and wanted a refund and he said he would go check the pool. I asked why? There was nothing to check. There was literally no water. He said I just thought maybe the water was cold. So the employees had no idea the pool was not accessible. We left 30 minutes after arriving and went to a different hotel.

Disliked: Heated pool was cold could not get in. When I went to get a cup of coffee it was also ice cold.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities and pool access made the stay more welcoming and enjoyable. There were plenty breakfast options and table seating in different areas that allowed for a family oriented setting for my kids and I.
