Ok for a night transfer...

Liked: It was very close to the airport, big and clean bed.
Disliked: There was a big fight 2 rooms away at 1am and the police has to come over...

Frustrating

Disliked: Free shuttle service was non existent to and from airport. Staff did not know what they were doing. Room partially under construction which was not mentioned. No breakfast which was supposed to be included.

Good for transiting passengers

Liked: I had to transit in IAH and the hotel offers shuttle service.

Exceptional

Liked: There were a couple of issues when we got into the room. First, the remote on the TV did not work. Second, the toilet continuously ran. The staff immediately addressed both issues and solved them in no time. I highly commend the staff! Although the facility was in the middle of renovations, it was clean, staff was efficient and friendly.

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sean was there on check-in, he is pleasant. We checked in late, and checked out early. So we stayed for a few hours for our flight. The hotel is near the airport, like 12 mins drive. They provide shuttle to airport and its available 24 hours. You just have to let them know what time you need the shuttle. The room is clean and spacious, although we saw a small cockroach but it came from outside. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast.
