Liked: It was at a great location for my trip.Also, I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received from the front staff a couple of days before my arrival date.The lady attendant was rude, very short with her answers and didn’t allow me to explain my misunderstanding of her statements.I’m not asking for a reprimand, due to we all need our jobs; however, if she doesn’t have the compassion for the public she’s in the wrong field of employment.She knows exactly who I am, when I arrive she didn’t think I would remember her voice.She checked me in that Saturday afternoon.
Disliked: The requested downside, didn’t receive a room down stairs. Had back surgery, walking the upstairs are little more than I can tolerate.The bathroom flood had two spots of unknown liquid stains, I didn’t report it, I placed a towel on top of it.

Great Stay

Liked: Clean environment, friendly atmosphere and staff. Nice-sized rooms.
Disliked: Lack of smoking rooms. Had to go to lobby for ice .

I would stay here again,...

Liked: The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice!
Disliked: The curtains didn’t close all the way for my comfort. The only thing hot at the hot breakfast was the waffle.

Terrible

Disliked: The manager was very rude. Screaming and yelling tell us to get out because we asked why did he need our credit card when we and already paid for the room. Told he needed it because we might steal his towels and danger the room. He was very unprofessional. Asked for upper management but they say he wasn’t there and they didn’t know when he returned. they wouldn’t call him on his phone for us. Will never stay at anther Day Inn
