Liked: The room was clean and the linens were lovely and white. Bed and pillows just fine.
Disliked: Issue with the shuttle at airport. They don’t have their own shuttle, like every other hotel. So no identifying features on an van…and no pick up location identified. Just one big mix up and waited for 2 hours to finally take a cab. Only reimbursed us $35 when it cost us $40+tip plus long frustrating wait. And zero apology from the desk clerk for any of it.Really crappy restaurant onsite…in some sort of transition from old restaurant. No prices on menu…and absolutely empty everyday. Operator of restaurant leaning in the counter asking what we’d like to know the price of…we left.Building run down…chipping exterior stucco, rusting railings.Ad said ‘enjoy our pool after a long day’…was only open til 6 in the evening. Couldn’t even go for an evening dip or sit out by it for sunset or dinner.Very busy road and hwy both right there…no stop traffic. And with no restaurant we were left walking up and down a very busy road.Other than all of that the room was great.
