Liked: Good

Liked: The first employee at the counter was amazing. The rest acted like they didnt want to be bothered. One of the employees left the counter to go outside and smoke weed in a vehicle out front
Disliked: The rooms smell a little musty. I was there for a family emergency so as long as it was clean and in close proximity to the hospital then I was fine. For the price it was worth it and I would stay again

I changed rooms once in...

Liked: Location, location, location!
Disliked: The building is id for demolishing in the future. The notices were being displayed on the front of the building doors and there are signs posted on the back doors also.

Exceptional

Didn’t STAY ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY...

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: they try to charge me for my services dog , the staff are really uneducated when it comes to services dogs and was tryna force me 250$ deposit for my services dog.They clearly don’t know the ADA law for all 50 STATES.

A frustrating experience after traveling...

Liked: I slept well
Disliked: Elevators didn’t work.Only one person at the desk to check in 20 people.The lack of communication when picking up the hotel van at the airport.

Gross

Liked: Absolutely nothing this place is so gross. Everything was stained and rusted. Spots and stains everywhere. we were only there for a few hours until catching a flight otherwise would have left. Didn’t want to touch anything or be in there. Strong smell when we walked in should have told us right away to walk back out. Some kind of cleaning smell so strong almost like hiding something with it.
Disliked: So dirty, strong smell, everything was either rusty or stained.

Needs renovation

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Their elevator broke with us in it. Ants in the room all over the place. Breakfast was sad. Sign at entrance saying property is a hazard

Overall out stay there again....

Liked: The smell in the lobby was refreshing in the room was clean. Employees were friendly
Disliked: Only one elevator worked, and the buttons didn’t light up inside

First and last time

Liked: Place is out dated. Not very clean. Pool was down. Half the exit doors didn't work. Elevator was the slowest thing ever and one of the two were broken. For 189 a night was way over priced.
Disliked: Same as above
