Disliked: Breakfast area very small

Cannot recommend this hotel

Liked: The room was big, the bed was comfortable. The best part was the nice refrigerator. It looked new and bigger than most. Hotel is located on a busy street with grocery stores and restaurants close by. It was right next to the mall. Parking was free.
Disliked: It was extremely loud. Hotell is on a busy street. Loud cars all hours of the day but especially at night.Last morning at 4:30am, the Gardner was using a leaf blower at the mall. Someone in the next room snored. The walls are thin. Out of the four nights we stayed, only received sufficient towels one day. The office said they didn't have any more towels when asked. Advertising as having breakfast included. The worst ever. A blueberry, prepackaged muffin and coffee/tea was breakfast.Housekeeping every other day so the trash overflowed. . Would not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely terrible. Rude office staff...

Liked: Wasn’t really anything to like about this property
Disliked: Tv didn’t work, blood on the curtains, the girl at the check in counter was extremely rude. When we went to check out there was nobody in the office so I called the number after about 10 minutes of standing there. The girl picked up the phone and immediately hung it up on me without saying a word. Then she proceeds to come into the office looking angry and like I just woke her up (it was 8:30am already) and gives me an attitude because I wanted to drop off the room keys and make sure they knew I was checking out. She didn’t wear a name tag and when I asked for her name she refused to give me her name probably knowing there was going to be a complaint about her. The “breakfast” consisted of a couple of prepackaged muffins that were expired already so no breakfast at all there. The absolute worst property and service I may have ever had.

Disliked: They made a mistake and wouldn't allow my child to stay in the room cause the reservation was supposedly for only 2 people. They didn't even tried to accommodate us and we had nowhere to stay!Worse hotel experience ever!

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was exceptional.
Disliked: The 3 o'clock Check-in. The early check out.
