ROOM WAS .DISGUSTING.

Liked: NOTHING! Room was FILTHY.
Disliked: EVERYTHING !!! A clean room and a hotel manager who cared, would have been nice. NEITHER APPLIED. I called the manager to the room and showed him the filthy towels that I put under my feel when I got out of the shower. The damp towels were BLACK from dirt!!! The manager could easily see the filth but said he was not giving my money back. I will file dispute with my bank. I do not pay for FILTH. This "manager" needs to be replaced and the condition of the rooms is ridiculous. This hotel should be closed down by the health department. I also saw a SPIDER in a web behind the door to the room and BUGS on the floor that were CRAWLING !!! I have stayed there in years past when visiting family in area. Never again. I would be safer sleeping in my car. Disgusting.
