Quality Inn, Middleburg Heights

Not sure sheets were changed on second night. Hoping they were clean the first night. Just very unclean.

Liked: Free shuttle to venue.
Disliked: Not clean. Felt like we were being "watched" the whole time. We were a group of professional adults who paid to stay somewhere before a concert and celebrate a birthday. We were not loud or unruly yet we were treated like frat kids on spring break. Will not stay here again.

Liked: The staff , from the housekeepers to the GM they are engaged and deliver premium hospitality and Cleanliness. The hotel has been fully renovated and the rooms look modern and the bed is comfy. You even get a full breakfast with Belgian waffles!
Disliked: The most impressive part of this hotel is you can tell Everyone you encounter cares. The night staff makes you feel safe and theres also cameras everywhere. They have men that work at night that are not just nice but go out of there way for guests.

Liked: Size of room was excellent. Close to family and events.

Disliked: Didn't like that I had a confirmed booming, and when I got there it was closed. Neither the hotel or booking.com informed me. Was lucky to find another place to stay. Absolutely ridiculous!

Disliked: The room was a disaster. The tub did not drain, you stood in ankle deep water to shower. The shower curtain was to short, when you showered water ended up all over the floor. Cigarette burns in the bed covers. Pretty sure the bed covers were stained with bodily fluids. The light in the bathroom took 20 minutes to brighten up. The bathroom floor was covered with clothing lint. The room was supposed to come with breakfast, it did not. We were booked for 2 nights, but only stayed 1 night. The person at the desk said, "good luck trying to get a refund for the second night". Also, the room heater did not work. We had to get fully dressed to make it through the night. If your book a stay at this hotel, that is your fault.
