Disliked: Hotel was closed for renovations. Was never told the hotel was closed and I had paid in full online.

Disliked: They were closed for renovations, and we had to book 2 rooms at another hotel about 20 minutes away for more than twice the price. This is the second time this year that this has happened to me after booking on your site. I need to be compensated for the extra cost and aggravation that you have given me. I can't believe that you let this happen. The first time was in January in Punta Gorda Florida a few months after Hurricane Ian and the hotel was still closed. I had to pay more than twice the amount for a hotel nearby. This time it was in the rain after a football game. I had made the reservations months before and received an email just a few days ago confirming the reservation. I am really mad about this and you need to make it right!!!!!

Terrible experience!!

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Arrived for our check-in and the hotel was closed. No one on site. A sign on the door written with a black sharpie said temporarily closed due to COVID; however, no one from the hotel contacted me to let me know of the closure. We traveled all day to get there and had no place to stay. It took hours to get it situated!

Very disappointed

Liked: The location
Disliked: Our rooms didn't have phones, there was a hole in the wall,the light cord was cut in one of our rooms,and a picture was broke hanging on the wall,and one of the a/c units would not stay on,and roaches in our room

It was ok.

Liked: Motel was close to food. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Would not stay again, unless I had to. Front door did not lock. Smelled like weed. Ceiling was falling apart and pealing.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room smelled of smoke and had a broken curtain rod. Needed to call the office and request a room change- which they did. The next room was better...

Disliked: We had no running water, no working outlets and no tv

Liked: The staff the I spoke to was very accommodating. They were all very nice.
Disliked: cockroaches, hair on the bed.

The room served the purpose....

Liked: The room was clean, everyone was very friendly and was very easy check in and check out. The bed was very comfortable as well. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so no idea of even what they had.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was in poor shape. The toilet seat was very loose, the shower curtain rod was about to fall down and did want to hold the shower curtain in place. Dont know how old the hotel is but it in general need a makeover.
