Would only stay there again if I had business VERY nearby. Newly renovated rooms are very comfy and clean. Staff is not super motivated, but manager is trying.

Liked: New rooms are really nice.
Disliked: Night staff is scary. Old rooms are very rough; neighbourhood is rough; staff not so great.

Liked: The only great thing this property has for it was the staff being friendly and the lady who takes care of breakfast in the morning. She was super friendly very on top of making sure everything was stocked and cleaned and ready for next guest. She said good morning to everyone in there and let everyone know she was there to help if needed.
Disliked: Location is not the best specially if your a light sleeper. It’s by a hospital and fire station. The rooms are DIRTY. We 1st got put on 4th floor, opened the door to the smell of smoke hitting you in the face. The floors were filthy with dirt and smeared stuff on them. The walls had stuff caked on them. The refrigerator was dirty and the microwave was rusted INSIDE and had stuff growing on it. The bathroom had paint peeling off it, the door had a huge chunk broken off bottom. Went to customer service (front desk) to get a different room. Got a room on second floor which immediately smelled cleaner, opened the door to a clean scent. The room was a bit cleaner but still dirty but manageable for 2 days. If it wasnt for friendly staff and the lady during breakfast hrs this hotel is garbage otherwise. Definitely NOT worth $98 or more a night. If I could attach all pictures I would.

Disliked: The room was a mess. Service was terrible. Found bed bugs in the bed.

Overall it was dirty and...

Disliked: The bathroom was very dirty we saw blood on the wall and floor. No coffee maker and the hallways and room smelled so bad (weed). We had a baby with us so it was so uncomfortable. The floors in the lobby entrance were so dirty and sticky it doesn’t look like the pics online. Overall it was very dirty.

Liked: I travelled solo to Philly for the first time, tbh. Before coming to this hotel I wasn't sure about this place. But the moment I checked-in it was all smooth. The front desk staff was quick and friendly. They gave me a good view room. The breakfast was really good. Thanks to Nita and the housekeeping team for cleaning my room within time.Absolutely recommended!Taylor
Disliked: Please alow pets at your hotel. I wish I could bring mine. The front desk guy said that soon you guys are going to allow it. If yes I'm all in at your hotel.
