Wish I had stayed some...

Liked: Nothing wanted to get a refund and fine another hotel. But because of the event it was not possible so we just dealt with it.
Disliked: It’s old need up grades, the room had an odor, bugs in room and bathroom, worried if the room was really clean. Couldn’t stayed there as a single Women. Suspicious activity next door and foreign guests not sure who they were maybe migrants?

Disappointing

Liked: Close to restaurants and convenience store
Disliked: Bed sheet had stains tub was dirty… they did change my rooms

Disliked: Couldnt get the heater to work right was so hot in room We could not get it to go lower. Went to have breakfast and couldnt find anyone to help. No coffee or waffles batter. Had to wait also to check out. Had no way to contact anyone

Liked: We checked for bed bugs and didn't see any in our rooms.
Disliked: The pictures do not represent the construction. It is an old dirty hotel that is not secure. Very misleading and way overprices for the quality. Underconstruction is an understatement. There was black mold and roaches that came out of the doors.

Disliked: We got a king size bed and the mattress was so dirty, stained with yellow/brown stains. It was also hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Room was small but outdated and needs some fixing.

Will never book with a Days Inn ever again. Do not recommend. Below average facility.

Liked: Location worked out for us
Disliked: The facility is under construction and going through renovations. This is not listed in their advertising so we were not aware when booking. We checked in and stayed for about an hour before my entire family became ill to the point where my wife was gasping for air. Our room was dusty and whatever air was being discharged from the room in wall ac/heat unit was creating an environment that caused my kids and wife to cough uncontrollably. The other room had a very foul smell and caused my au pair to become ill as well. We decided this was not a safe place to stay and to not jeopardize my family's health, we returned the room keys and left to stay at another hotel. I have requested a refund for the full amount and I have not received a phone call from management. I am contacting my credit card company used to make the reservation and will take appropriate measures to ensure my refund is secured.
