Disappointed. Paid for breakfast and...

Liked: Breakfast sucked because we couldn’t have any to take with us at 6:30 am when we had to leave the hotel for our event each day.
Disliked: We had to get up and out early during our stay both mornings and we were told we couldn’t take any breakfast to go (1 coffee and 2 yogurts between the two of us). Thought this was ridiculous. This was something included in the price of the room and we were not told before booking the room nor at check in that this was a rule. If we had known we weren’t going to get breakfast we would not have stayed here. We also never received the extra towels we asked for.

Liked: It has been updated new carpeting paint, comfortable mattresses
Disliked: Checkin is a person on a screen working from another country. When extra towels were required we had to go to the lobby and interact with this remote person Phone calls unanswered. This was not explained at checkin. machine made cofeee horrible breakfast

Disliked: This must be a welfare hotel. Even those on welfare deserve better accommodations! Firstly, there’s not even a person at the front desk, but a machine for check in. The room was dirty with long black hairs on the desk chair and dirt, a big water stain on the ceiling. There was no way that I could sleep in that room! Thankfully I was able to secure a room at a clean & comfortable hotel nearby. I am demanding my money back! To sum it up, this was disgusting!
