Disappointing

Disliked: Could do better with cleaning and getting the cigarette smell out the room. Staff was rude and wasn’t trying to help fix the situation at check in.

Liked: Very shady
Disliked: You could not get back into the lobby they had it locked when you checked out you had to walk around and slide your room key through a window

Smelly & dirty.

Liked: I can’t say I liked anything except that it was close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The room was smelly and dirty. The chain lock on the front door was broken like maybe the door had to be forced open in the past. Electrical outlet covers were dirty (reminding me of bed bugs). There were shoe scuff marks on the interior doors like someone had been kicking them. Corners of the bathroom were dirty. There was a stain on one of the bed sheets. I got a red mark on my forehead that caused concerns of bed bugs. When I got home I washed all my stuff immediately.

Too expensive for the low...

Disliked: The “Security Guard” was not effective - people in parked cars playing loud music and fighting in the parking lot right outside our room.The bathroom of the room was not clean. Housekeeping repeatedly banged on our door a whole hour before check-out.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The front desk staff are rude. The breakfast they advertise on both the Booking.com website and their giant billboard, which you can see from the street, IS A LIE. The landline phone does not work.
