Liked: The staff was wonderful we do all year traveling and go to five star hotels.But they beat that service in kindness.Not to mention that awsome Mexican food truck!!! 10/10 food I wish all hotels where as clean and nice like this one mind you rooms are small

Liked: Location was decent
Disliked: Hotel is run down and rents by the month to drifters. They were next to us I had to go outside each night to tell them to keep it down. It was very scary and they explained there situation. I told the front desk what we had to deal with. No one cared.

Disliked: We find out that this place rents rooms for a month at a time. And the men in the next room were living there and had random guests. Each night they were outside smoking a bong & talking till late night. Very scary and they didnt care about other guests.

Disliked: We didn’t like anything! The rooms are renovated, so that’s ok. The room smells like bleach at all times! There is not a single hanger in the room to put your clothes. The towels are all stained, so not sure if they were clean or not. Besides that it says the room has a blow dryer, it doesn’t. There is no kettle anywhere on the property, so if you need hot water you need to use the coffee machine water with residue from coffee. Wouldn’t not stay here ever, it was a very unpleasant stay.

Disliked: Upon my arrival the receptionist said she was getting ready to cancel my reservation. Check in time starts at 3pm and I arrived at exactly 8pm as I had stated when I booked my reservation. When I asked why, especially since the hotel confirmed that me arriving at 8pm wouldn’t be an issue, she stated that sometimes 3rd parties don’t notify the hotel of arrangements made. Notified or not, I still don’t think an 8pm arrival time shouldn’t had warranted a cancelation without a courtesy call. I mean at least wait until midnight like most hotels do. But At any rate, I was still able to check in and everything was ok going forward.
