Liked: Not a whole lot about it was good my daughter had a good time in the pool that was about all that was good about it. Well most of the staff were pleasant but others weren't so much.
Disliked: Well where to begin.....first the construction going on was so loud we were woken up before 8 a.m. every morning and we were on vacation, no one wants to be woken up on vacation until they are ready to get up am I right. Second the pillows on the beds were so very bad every day we woke up our necks were so stiff, and third my daughter jumped up screaming because she had a MOUSE, YES I SAID A MOUSE, staring her in her face from the bedside table. We called the front desk they said they didn't have another room to put us in but brought us a sticky trap instead, I mean really that was a lot of money to pay to share our room with a nasty mouse.

Liked: Location was great right off the interstate
Disliked: The room was very old the mattress was yellow the carpet was awful and the room smells like mold

No way!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: There was a rat in my room.only stayed 1 9f the 2 nights I reserved. Told the staff, corporate office, and Booking.com about it, and haven't heard back from them yet. Highly disappointed, and expect a full refund! I have photos, and so does the staff at the hotel.

Disliked: Very noisy not only by nearby traffic but from other guests. It could use an upgrade.

Disliked: No staff at front desk on our arrival, we also called front desk - no answer. 2 young girls finally walked in the front door as we were pulling out, turns out 1 was a staff member. No TV - we called front desk, she said nothing she could do about it…….will not be back
