Liked: Comfy beds! Quiet. Clean room. Helpful, professional, friendly staff. Samantha made sure we got a room with a window that opened. I need fresh air. I had not slept in days when we arrived after a long drive and probably appeared drunk. I had trouble checking in, but she was so patient and respectful and kind, as was the man on the front desk at the time.
Disliked: No plug for tub. No USB charging port in lamp. Few wall outlets, and awkwardly placed. No continental breakfast and no vending machine. Have to leave the property to get even snacks. The decorating is dated and ugly. But taste is subjective.

Disliked: Everything was great apart from the towels which really need to be replaced , the bathroom fan was noisy and the beds need new mattresses otherwise everything was good

Disliked: The staff was not great I felt as though I was interrupting their day at check in and when I wanted extra towels the halls were so disgusting at least run a vacuum down them I checked in mid afternoon the cleaning staff should have seen this during the time they cleaned. The beds were so uncomfortable. One bathroom towel looked like it was used and just folded again. The floor was sticky the place smelled I will never book this place again I only stayed as I was past the cancellation time
