Disliked: Didnt get the room that was booked online wasnt able too lady said found bed bugs and roaches after all rude receptionist lady

Liked: Staff was very welcoming and room was clean.
Disliked: Our handicap shower needs work. Not enough pressure for shower and water was not warm enough. We managed but water goes all over floor because lip was too low .

Liked: It was easy on and easy off to the highway. A lot of eating places by the hotel and it had a walk in shower, a mini fridge and a microwave.
Disliked: It had mold on the ceiling above my bed, there were bugs in the bathroom, the fan above the toilet was hanging down, the one towel rack sat on the bathroom sink because it came off the wall, the ice machine upstairs was disgusting, soda machine had bars
