Poor
Liked: Bed was clean and comfortable, good pillows. Easy to get to Covelli Center downtown. Temperature was comfotable. Shower head was good, but curtain rod was not fully secured to wall.
Disliked: Desk clerk spoke heavily Indian accented English. I am not biased but we could barely u derstsnd him. He was pleasant but not friendly or helpful. The pool was closed, and breakfast was grab and go muffins and coffee -- not as advertised. Though it was a no smoking hotel, Marijuana smells were all along the hallway. Area was nit what I call safe for walking, but a Dennys was near (did not use it). Frig but no coffee in the room. Towels were worn and dingey-white. Room curtain was partially hanging off the rod. Furniture was worn. Lighting was bad in the room. No USB plugs and outlets were behind furniture and in use. The room had a heavily scented smell, as if covering up odors. Carpets looked dingy.

Liked: The hotel staff was helpful. The beds comfortable. All accessible rooms were in use so this presented some issues. Toilet was extremely low. No shower chairs available to be used in tub for shower
Disliked: Need more genuine ADA accessible rooms-- not just rooms that may have handicapped bars. Need shower chairs for walk-in shower or that can be placed in tubs for handicapped people to transfer to take a shower. Shower wands should be in more rooms as well.
