Liked: The queen suite was nice as far as the floor plan. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Can use an update. Bathroom sink plugged, stains on couch cushions, not enough pillows. Luggage carts never available. There were absolutely no towels available. I had 5 children in the pool and there were no towels available at the desk (pool towels or bath towels). So the kids had to walk back to the room drip drying then we had to use our rooms bath towels as pool towels with no replacements available. Only one elevator and very slow.
