Staff was nice; could use a lot of cosmetic, but was reasonably priced.

Liked: Location (walking distance to Fiserv); free parking.
Disliked: Room was not clean. We could not go barefoot due to condition of carpet and unsure of "stains". No soap nor Kleenex was provided (lucky we bring our own). No cups were provided for coffee in the room. Overall, very poor condition.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in - all of the walls were covered in filth and splatters. They offer a free shuttle ride, which ended up with my daughter and I being stranded a mile away during a wind chill advisory and a winter storm that had ended that day. Check in clerk spat into a trash can mid check in with a drink from the bar sitting next to him. We were locked out of our room during check out time the next day despite the trip was prebooked for two nights. Safe was broken - coffee maker was broken and there was a dirty outline of where a mirror used to hang on the wall. Broken alarm clock taped to night stand with no electrical outlet to use. Smoke alarm hanging off the wall. Curtains were dirty - heating vent was dirty - floors were truly disgusting. Not enough parking when the hotel is semi full. Used toilet paper left in the bathroom for us to use. Boogers and kool-aid running down the walls. Bathroom floor missing chunks of tile - shower as well. Large hole in the wall where the towel rack was. Unequal amounts of towels, face towels and wash cloths. Was not enough for either of us.

Liked: There was nothing good.
Disliked: Dirty; rude; incompetent.

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay. They had a shuttle service to and from our event, that ended pretty late at night, which was a life saver for me, as I was traveling with my daughter.

Liked: Kind employees; breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing.

I give this hotel a 2.5 out of 5. Needs updating.

Quiet room; great breakfast; affordable suite; shuttled us to the venue.

Perfect place to stay for a concert at the Fiserv Forum. Free shuttle to and from the hotel. Clean, friendly staff and Reggie the shuttle driver was so fun and absolutely loved by all of us!

Nice place. For the price, you're close to the Harley-Davidson Museum. It's about a mile walk, but the weather was nice. The room had a funny layout to it. I could almost understand why it was done that way. I thought it would have been better to knock out the wall between the bathroom and the bed area, but in retrospect if that had happened there wouldn't be enough room for the desk and chest of drawers. The room was clean and the staff was nice. They even provided shuttle service to local sights.

Liked: Price and close to the H-D museum. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The layout of the room.
