Disliked: Had to pay to leave car during trip, this is not how the other hotels in the area run, and wasn't clear in the booking. No elevator -we had to drag our bags to the second floor up the stairs. Asked for a room on the first floor and was told noRoom was dingy, cigarette holes in the window bench cushion.

Liked: Offered free shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: Charge $2 for shuttle, and when requested the earliest shuttle option 2 days in advance. Somehow was not out on the list. No longer given the time frame needed to make my flight. I ended up getting a Lyft for $27 more. I stayed at this hotel for that specifically. Also, the bed was the roughest mattress I’ve ever slept on. The chair in the room felt like it could cave in at any moment. Sheets weren’t exactly clean either.

Liked: The location to the airport was decent. Unfortunately the advertised shuttle service did not happen. Yes they have a shuttle but do not have reliable staff to drive it.
Disliked: Shuttle service to airport was pre booked- driver did not show. Had valuable items stolen from hotel. Management would not apologize or even acknowledge either of these problems. Sketchy people working and living in hotel. Horrible breakfast. Dirty.

Liked: Continental breakfast was minimal. Not everyone wants a waffel w sugary syrup, or sugar filled cereal, the eggs were small little rounds or reconstituted egg product. No cheese or nuts or fruit was available. We ate elsewhere the second day.
Disliked: The rooms need a full remodel. Staying here is like walking back to 1980. More USB ports and streaming options.
