Superb

Liked: The staff were amazing! Shout out to the lovely lady in the breakfast area. She was so sweet and remembered us and where we were from.
Disliked: In room 104 you are right next to the pool, the bar and the main lobby.... Worst experience ever. We needed to be up at 5 am and I didn't get to sleep until 2 am after calling the front desk twice and yelling at them myself once. The offer to move my 3 teenagers (2 who could sleep through it and 1 could not) was not helpful. The next morning the lady was wonderful moved us to 416.. didn't hear a thing that night.Best suggestion to future guests.. add your needs in the comments as the room we were booked into was pet friendly so that's why we were put there.. we did not have pets. Next time I would add..no smoking, no pets, please book quiet area of hotel please. Suggestions I pay to sleep. All rooms close to 104 should be the LAST rooms booked unless accessibility is a concern. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone to stay in there. Secondly, keep that door closed... Between the bar and roomsThirdly, Find a new place for smokers

Great location, comfy rooms and...

Liked: Room was comfortable, good location and dog friendly. Evening staff at check-in was amazing!!
Disliked: Lounge patrons loitering at the only side door to exit/enter with the dog / dog smelled of dog pee after sleeping on the carpeted floor so carpet needed cleaning / complimentary breakfast was not replenished after 9:30 AM even though it’s served until 10 AM

A very nice place to...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff are amazing! Location is very central and easy to find.
Disliked: The fact that there was no hot tub. I wish they had pancakes or a waffle machine.

Very good

Liked: The best part of the breakfast was the woman who worked at the desk and throughout the restaurant area. She was very friendly & attentive to all the guests. She deserves a 5 star rating.
Disliked: not much you can do, but the room was kind of squishy / tight space.
