I will go back for my next Phoenix visit.

Liked: Nice breakfast choices; room had a microwave and refrigerator.
Disliked: AC unit was really loud.

Disliked: when we entered room the floor around bad and sink had 1/2 inch dust on them so therefore had dirt. When leaving to tell them we could not stay in filth a big cockroach ran across room. Manger would not refund money and very curt. We did finally stay at a different Days Inn on Deerfield in Peoria but did not mention our problem and they were nice and room was clean

Liked: Location was perfect for what I was doing.
Disliked: Had a bit of a problem with the toilet.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable with nice white towels, soap with hair and face products. However, electrical problem occurred and the room causing the microwave to stopworking, causing the TV to stop working and the mini refrigerator too. Thank goodness we had our phones to keep us occupied. Breakfast was just average ..continental style, but enough to eat. I'd stay there again, the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: No butter for the waffles.

Liked: Some of the staff, like the front desk lady who got us extra towels and the maids were awesome! The hotel was a dump and smelt like cigarettes.
Disliked: Cracks and holes in the asbestos fill ceiling. Carpets were ripped and torn in several places. Lite switches were covered in filth. The bed was rock hard. I have posted several pictures of how absolutely disgusting this place is! I refused to shower!

Disappointing

Disliked: It reminded me of a ghost hotel. The front desk lady was rude. She didn't greet us or smile. She didn't volunteering any info to us like what time was breakfast or where to go. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, fruit cocktail, and little boxes of cereal, and a couple of muffins. The website advertises a breakfast! Terrible!

Disliked: One older lady of the four desk clerks is very rude. Never smiles, I don't know why she is in this position.

Liked: Clean, fresh rooms, beds made up well & helpful staff.
Disliked: The hotel room, bathroom and furnishings look like they should have been upgraded 5 years ago. Our carpet had strands missing. There was a red stain color in the carpet between the beds, I hope it was paint. The building structure looks sound and a thorough remodel would make this a nice place to stay. It has great potential.
