Liked: Staff checking in was friendly
Disliked: Property was dirty, pool was not open, a/c unit was hanging off the wall, the sheets and blankets were stained with what appeared to be blood.

Liked: Nice location we went for a staycation
Disliked: The indoor pool was closed no breakfast either and both said that was available when I booked. Also staff knocked on our door saying my children who are 1-3 were to loud that they were getting complaints about it reminded it was 9 am ! And we were packing up to check out

I will never stay in...

Liked: I booked the motel because of the location being so close to the outlet mall.
Disliked: There were people constantly slamming doors late at night and yelling. I woke up multiple times during the night and looked out our window to make sure we were safe and noticed sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. Also the hallway on the 1st floor smelled like dirty cat litter. It looked like there were blood splatters on the bed spread.

Liked: I liked the friendliness of the staff. They made Southern hospitality look great!! The room and bathroom were spotless.
Disliked: The inside pool wasn’t working due to the heater being broke.

Liked: Newly renovated
Disliked: I was woke up before 6am with someone pounding on my door. Then shortly fire alarm went off, when i went to leave I smelled Marijuana and seen water everywhere. There was no fire just drug use.
