First time to Nevada would...

Liked: A great location nestled in the valley with beautiful mountain scenery yet close enough to the surrounding towns. Rooms are very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The 1862 restaurant was Great ate there a few times and Chris our waiter was just fantastic we had him the first night and we requested him every other night. He was so very friendly, made us feel right at home and did a fantastic job you couldn’t ask for anymore . Come to find out the first night He’s a native New Jersey boy just like me. Even though I am older than him, we grew up in towns, not too far away from each other so we were able to talk about the different places that we knew including the Jersey shore. It was a lot of fun reminiscing. What a small world.

Great place for family vacation...

Liked: Nice room and friendly staff. We encountered 3 employees.
Disliked: Walls are very thin, you can hear next room, above & below! Restaurant was closed that night. We were looking forward to eating there. And the pool,really gross, very dirty! I don't like giving bad reviews but they need to do something about it!

Best place ever!

Liked: The staff was great. The room was awesome.
Disliked: Minor fixes in the room. Loose fridge handle. Warm up on the sauna. Only tiny things needed attention.

Overall the stay was nice.

Liked: The view and location was perfect for why we took the vacation.
Disliked: I think the only thing I had a problem with was the shower water was cold each time we attempted to can a shower.

Disliked: the ducks bothered me and screamed all nightI’m usually sleeping with open window. Second night was better. I closed the window and almost no sound No coffee in the Monday morning at the reception. The restaurant not working on Monday.Have coffee in the room but it’s a self makeSaunas is not working properly (it’s working but it’s not hot as it should be

Liked: had plenty of space in our room and had enough chairs that were movable to sit around a table and play cards. fridge accommodations were lovely. the amenities were perfect for the occasion and close by our room! The bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure.
Disliked: the bathroom did not have any trash cans.
