Liked: Felt like staying at a friends house! Millie and Gary were very welcoming, cooked us breakfast fresh when we woke up, asked about dietary restrictions, and made us feel at home. Very convenient location and extremely clean and cozy. Higher quality and much better value than staying at a corporate hotel.
Disliked: Everything was just as expected.

Liked: The morning breakfast was delightful--it was different every day although it began with yoghurt, coffee and juice. The staff is kind and helpful. The neighborhood is nice.

Nice place with squeaky floors
Liked: The room was large, clean and the bed was comfy. Gary and Milena were very accommodating and helpful. She did good breakfasts.
Disliked: The only problem we?ve faced had to do with the loud squeaky / crackely floors that kept us up for hours on our first night there since the people above our room were ?stepping? like from 10 pm until around midnight. The place has only 3 parking spots while parking in the street has funky /all week parking regulations.

Liked: The Dartmouth house is clean, comfortable and a nice place to stay in Rochester! Breakfast is served in a quiet dining room and is a full hot meal - eggs, toast etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I like the charm of this Bed and Breakfast as all the rooms are set up very similar with fresh white linens on the beds and the bathrooms are also clean and crisp with white subway tiles.
