Liked: The outside pool are and lobby are beautiful.
Disliked: Rooms were like a 1 star hotel. Beds were AWFUL!! The lobby may be a 4 star, everything else was a 2

Horrible smell all Night

Disliked: My room smelled horrible. All cabinets and refrigerator was propped open.

Liked: The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.
Disliked: The lobby is absolutely beautiful, and matches the Star rating, but the rooms are more similar to a two start hotel. Our first room was soooo small and dingey. There were stains all over the carpet and the headboard was greasy.

Disliked: My room was rummaged through and I had a charger & dop kit stolen. I informed the front desk where I was told "That's hard to believe".

Would never stay here again.

Liked: My receipt stated the breakfast was not available with my room. I paid $225 for my room!
Disliked: I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. Never one with walls so thin I could hear every word the lady next door was saying to her baby. It was very noisy, heard every coming and going as if my door was open. The ice machine on my floor was not working, had to go down one floor to get ice. I was extremely disappointed!!

Liked: The feel and atmosphere. How clean the room was.
Disliked: No

The location was great for our event which is the reason we booked

Liked: The breakfast was not complimentary... 23. per person, so we skipped it
Disliked: We had to request blankets and a comforter for the bed. It only had sheets.
