Liked: It was great located and staff and installations where great
Disliked: Too many kids in the pool

Loved the expereince and friendly...

Liked: Loved the large rooms and the gorgeous views (I stayed in the panoramic with sea views, then 2 nights in the king room with city views) it was great that they had filtered water on tap too! The staff were helpful and friendly (they even fulfilled a fun request, which I'd forgotten, made me smile when arriving at the room! ^_^"). Also my plans had unexpectedly changed last minute and I had to book another few nights, Chana went above and beyond to help accommodate me during a very stressful time. I am so grateful for her compassion and kindness, I will definitely be staying at the Riley again in the future! :)
Disliked: The air conditioning seemed to have an issue and wouldn't change to the requested temperature, but apart from that, I have no complaints!

Liked: Great breakfast! Great facilities overall but the hallway carpets were worn and stained and needed a good cleaning or replacement. Also, our floor and room had an underlying odor of mold. I realize this is a coastal property with a lot of inherent moisture but moldy odors should be mitigated somehow.

The place is stunning !...

Liked: the pool, the location, the bed, the entire place was amazing !
Disliked: i didn’t like that I had to leave after 4 nights
