Nice hotel

Liked: Clean, spacious room. Lot of amenities. Near highway, restaurants, shops, etc. plenty of parking.
Disliked: Only one way to enter building. Getting to my room felt like a maze. Opening the door to my room was a little confusing.

Won’t ever stay here again.
Disliked: Location seemed sketchy, exterior of building looked worn down, bedroom felt musty and dirty and uncomfortable.

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. The lock was defective and we had to get new card keys and still had to kick the door to get in. Went to the desk 3x and was told maintenance was on the way, but never showed. Not enough blankets on the bed and no extras in the room.

Liked: the location was great
Disliked: when my king bed wheelchair accessible room was not available due to room maintenance, the gentleman who checked me in offered me a room with a double bed and roll and shower for $88 a night for two nights, discounted from the rate that I booked which was $100 a night. First of all the charge on my card is $352.76, more than twice what i expected, PLEASE corrent this as soon as possible!!Also, the accessible room i was given was at the very far corner in the back of the hotel. The doors all around the perimeter of the hotel had not yet been updated since they were not used during Covid so the main entrance to the hotel was the only way to get in that meant, I had to take my luggage in my wheelchair Down a very long Corredor, which was carpeted. Since I am not the strongest, it's much more difficult to travel that same distance on carpet. There is no close by entrance or elevator the room was also carpeted, and I understand that that's for guests comfort but for me, it made even getting around the room with difficult. The chair was broken, and after to request, it was replaced on my second day, but the room was not serviced. And the other thing I want to mention is, it would be nice to just make sure the gap between the bed in the wall and all the spaces in the room are wide enough for a wheelchair. All of the accessible stuff I would just like to bring to your attention, but the room charge I would really like rectified immediately please. Thank you!Mona Sani#[email protected] #: 4241921391

Definitely won’t stay here again...
Liked: Right off the freeway
Disliked: The room had cobwebs. The window wouldn’t shut properly and I was on the ground level. It made the noise from the freeway unbearable. The staff at the desk was rude and condescending.
