We stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel because of its proximity to the Moda Center. We were pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness of the room, as well as the comfort of the bed and pillows. The blackout curtains were great, and the majority of the time we did not hear any neighbours at all. The restaurant was great; breakfast buffet was wonderful as was dinner. The staff are what makes this hotel wonderful though. They seemed to authentically care and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality is probably what made our very quick trip from Canada to see the Blazers more tolerable.

Liked: Close to Rose Garden event center; easy to find.
Disliked: Did not mention $15 per day parking fee; did not mention that my rate did not include the free breakfast.

We had 16 ladies who stayed two nights at this hotel and we were thoroughly spoiled with the wonderful facility. Quiet, clean, very accommodating and helpful and we will be back.

Liked: The location is perfect especially for people who are planning to attend events at the convention center like myself.
Disliked: Even though the hotel is generally clean and quiet, the facilities are not the best compared to the price. The bed is too high, the room is dark, there was no slippers or bathrobes provided. The fridge was empty and there was no kettle, however there is a coffee machine. There was no water bottle in the room and when I went down and asked about it they told me I can buy it from there and they charged me 4.5 dollars for the small bottle which I later found in the shop across the street the same brand 12 bottles for 7 dollars! The restaurant was okay but the menu was very limited and the service is slow especially for the breakfast. The last and most important thing was the plug adapter, I was coming from Europe where we have different plugs so I needed adapter to be able to plug my phone and my laptop to charge them but they didn’t provide me with an adapter when I asked them instead they told me to buy one from the shop acrose the street which cost me 15 dollars.

Liked: clean spacious room, great bed. Happy hour at hotel bar with area to view sports on TV.
Disliked: extra charge for parking.no breakfast included.

Liked: Nice clean room.
Disliked: $25 to park a car is outrageous.Forced me to book on a third party site rather than match the rate I could and did get.Better if the sink is out of the shower room.

Great stay for the conference...

Liked: Great to be close to convention center but really nothing else around.
Disliked: bathroom could use a little upgrade and attention to clean details.

Liked: Clean room and friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Overall, it was very enjoyable. Front desk employee Steven helped with an issue quickly, friendly, and efficiently.

Would return! hotel & pool...

Liked: Room was great, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were nice. Towels were aplenty and the TV / room arrangement was great. It was quiet on our floor and generally didn't see anyone but the staff on the floor when we left our room.
Disliked: We did have a weird thing happen with the Keurig machine which made us unable to use it---it had been sprayed (maybe with paint or something). I reported it when we were leaving--I am sure if i would have said something while there they would have taken care of it, but it was not that big of a deal since I didn't NEED it.We ate in the restaurant at around 10pm Sunday night April 1 it was not busy and yet it took forever! Then when the food arrived it was NOT fresh and honestly over priced for what we got. I think the burgers were reheated from earlier they were super dry. The chicken strips were over fried (and then microwaved) so that the chicken was so dry my daughter couldn't eat it. That was a bummer as they had good reviews for the food generally.

Liked: It was clean and looked great as you walk in and see it all. The fitness room was very nice and the restaurant was classy and very clean, plus great food!
Disliked: No one online or on the phone warned us there was a highschool competition happening, so there were highschoolers everywhere, packed in the lobby and the pool and basically everywhere enjoyable except the bar.. the elevators were cramped with too many people, plus the room was the king suite. Came with a broken light and mold on the ceiling, and the sheets were even inside out. Plus cost money for breakfast, and parking cost $25 per night.. even the cheap hotels come with complimentary breakfast and parking..
