Overall the hotel is great but not if you want to sit outside for a smoke and cocktail. Unfortunately the show we went to see ended up canceled. This was a surprise birthday gift for our daughter.
Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel was close enough to the theatre.
Disliked: Your website shows the garden terrace. I was looking forward to a cigar and cocktail outside to only find that the door was locked. Even the bartender was surprised to find it closed. Please remove this from your website.

Liked: We had a some what complicated reservation of room combinations and the people working at the front desk were amazing and helpful! The young lady we worked with was polite, friendly, funny, and efficient. We were very pleased with our stay!

Imagined the Crowne Plaza might be a luxury hotel, which it is not, at least not the room we had. It was a rather trendy-looking average to OK room. The price was low, so not disappointed, just not impressed.
Liked: Clean. Extra-comforatable bed. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Turned the heat all the way up upon arrival - took all night to get warm - so cold! Small room. Paid extra for "city view" and was moved to lot view with no discount or comp offered. Food hugely expensive.

Great room, but hidden costs...
Liked: I didn't see it in the description of the room, but a mini fridge was included in the room, which was a nice surprise. I liked that there was a sink and mirror separate from the restroom so that I could get ready while the restroom was in use. Parking was not included in the price of the hotel, but it was only $15 for overnight parking and they send you a QR code to your phone that automatically bills it to your room, which was simple enough.
Disliked: The price of parking was not included in the room price, so be prepared to pay an extra $15 right off the bat. The breakfast buffet was good, but the selection seemed extremely limited for the ridiculous price tag of $15.99.

Awesome stay I will be...
Liked: The moment we got there the front desk staff (Joseph) was very nice. He checked us in and was very helpful to my girlfriend and I. He gave us details about restaurants and directions to transportation. Very friendly and helpful!
