staff is great… hotel is...

Liked: Staff. People are nice and friendly. Best part of this hotel was the front line workers.
Disliked: It’s a joke that you charge that much for what you offer. But you know people are stuck and have no other options. Just call it what it is, a scam and a rip off. Don’t pretend you are even trying to offer value… or see customers as anything other than money grabs. Lean into it…. You are a carnival show pretending to be legit, it comes off as pathetic. Be what you are…an awful venue, a scam, and proud of it.

Liked: Location and housekeeping staff were awesome
Disliked: Our room overlooked the pool and had no natural light. It easily incredibly small and smelled like mildew. There was no controlling temperature so we were freezing. We were given a space heater but scared to sleep with it on so didn’t sleep well at all. The hot tubs were empty. I was charged an additional 250.77 on top of 260 from booking and 100 deposit. My additional fees should have been 90.11 based on my bill for breakfast and parking. I was told this may come off in a few days but I highly doubt it because the numbers make no sense

Liked: The view of the smaller falls.
Disliked: The hotel was worn, in need of a renovation, no milk for coffees, ridiculous quantities of shower gel, bathroom was ugly, and there was a horrible hammer driving noise at 7:30am....Absolutely overpriced just for a slight view for the falls.
