We had a great stay. Starbucks located in lobby was a big plus as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My expectations were exceeded when we were allowed a late check out without additional cost as late as 1400. We requested this due to the dance competition at the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center, that allowed us a bit more time in the comfort of our own room to get ready. The staff were also very accommodating in providing a wheelchair for my Mom, and allowing us to use it for the entire time we stayed with you. Lastly, the rooms were very quiet, and we could have adjoining rooms. Thank you again for a wonderful short stay. A+ rating.

Liked: The location was great for what we needed. It was quiet despite being busy. The pool was barely occupied. The water was clean and the temp was decent, a little chilly but not bad (most places have been ice cold lately I feel). The hot tub was nice. We wanted to get to the breakfast and dinner but we never tried it. The Starbucks was a bonus factor as why we chose the place. The receptionist was knowledgeable and pleasant.
Disliked: The hot tub had an issue the second day so I decided to take a nice HOT bath. It took awhile to warm up the water - I almost called to say it wasn’t getting warm. When it did warm up it was not hot. Maybe like a warm pool.

Disliked: The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cement block and we didn’t get much sleep before our flight.
